Is an ISIC card worth having? I know they offer like a million discounts but is it actually useful?

BTW, I was in a bookstore today and the pricetag said 20 or so. I thought it was in Estonian Krones (about 2 bucks therefore) and got all surprised and happy about super-low prices, then I noticed the euro sign We're switching after New Year so they're already putting price in euros in bigger fonts... I guess calculator will be the most used fuctuin on my phone after the switch

Is it a complicated conversion from Krones to Euro? Here it was 1 Euro = 2 Mark which was pretty easy to get used to

Hey bro. It's going fine. I have prepared 2/4 applications, still have two more two complete (basically I'm applying to four schools). One is due this September already, so fast. I'm applying for September 2011, why do they need it already. :Sobbing:

Oh right I didn't realise you were applying for next year. Are you definitely applying to private schools - I think they are more organized and try and get their applications in quicker. Well it's good to know some of your applications are completed.

Oh and just wanna clarify that I'm a girl - I don't think anyone on this forum knows that (I'm to blame though cause I don't think I have told anyone but no one has asked either). I don't mind what you call me though its just so people don't think ive been keeping a secret

Yeah, hopefully I'll get the last one done before 1 September, man it's due fast. My mother has to complete it for me and she lives across the globe so it's hard to rush her every 5 minutes.

Yeah, I ended up applying to private schools. I'm also speaking to a consultant who will try and help to apply to American schools as a "backup" in case I don't get in these ones. Apparently it's not easy but it's worth a shot.
