Tena is playing qualies at the $10K Antalya this weekend.

In QR1 she beat Sabrina Kierberg 75 76(6). Too close for comfort against an unranked player

QR2 was much better. She beat Marta Smiechowska (also unranked) 60 60.

FQR is against Cristina Ene (NR but currently top 200 junior). Good luck, Tena!

Tena lost to Ene in the final QR

In R1 of this week's $10K Antalya, Tena beat the #5 seed, Enache

This is an excellent win for still-young Tena (born 1995): Enache is #367 and Tena won in straights, 63 64. Tena picks up only 1 point, but it will give her a new CH ranking.

Tena also won in doubles R1: [WC] Cristina ENE ROU/Tena LUKAS CRO def. Helen DE CESARE THA/Stefania RUBINI ITA 26 76(1) 108.

I have to say I expected more from Tena in all these 10Ks, she seems to be going nowhere for now, hopefully won't get stuck here forever.

Today at a $10K in Austria, Tena beat the #4 seed, Steinherr, in R1

But still loss followed it.
She can't consistently play on good enough level to win any 10K which is a bit worrying.
I think she had better results in her first few 10Ks than later.

Good win for the start, she usualy beats a seed like this but then loses soon after.

We'll see if it happens again.

Excellent week for Tena in Antalya

First QR def. Cortanovacki 61 60
Second QR def. Barzo 63 62
Final QR def. Lavrikova 64 60

First round def. Di Diuseppe 64 63
Second round def. (5.) Duarte 36 61 64 ; Duarte is ranked 437.
Quarter final is against second seed Anne Schaefer (WTA 235.) Probably to tough.

It is nice to see another promising 17 year old girl beside Lekaj playing good this week when our top players disappointed us in WTA events

She will go 70 places up in the rankings.
