Havn't been to WTA for a while now. Since so much things happened me in the last few months. Both personal and at work level. Only now that things has claiming down. Anyway can't wait for Justine when the baby comes. I know a lot of my friends having babies next year. So it will be lots of baby talk next year.

Re: General discussion thread
Ju was at Clijster farewell tourny in Belgium. She looked so cute; sitting in front of royalty, but again, that isn't new to her.
NB: Work hard, aim for perfection, and you will meet royalty

Should I start to work harder and aim for perfection?

I just realised what I wrote last year.
Incidentally, this will be the first RG in years (10, to be more precise) that I won't see a single match of.
Quelle tristesse.

Re: General discussion thread
I don't think it is gonna happen this year (re Justine handing out trophies). Although Serena could win it.

Re: General discussion thread
Yeah, it's RG again. The difference is now Justine is a happy mom. I actually watched a few ATP matches in RG. I have little interest on woman's tennis these days. What I normally do is sitting in front of TV, having my laptop, working on my stuff while watching tennis. As I don't care who's winning, there is no stress on me, not like those good old days when watching Ju's matches.

Serena is the redhot favourite to win RG this year. Talking about opportunities...

Re: General discussion thread
Well the two major players that I really root for now are Li and Kvitova but they both need to clear up their heads if they even want to be considered as contenders.
Na today....words can't describe how disappointed I am but at the same time, BMS was playing some outstanding tennis that mirrors Serena.
Petra is just mentally not on court nowadays.

Re: General discussion thread
I miss the stress??lol
When I think about the WTA, it is a pretty poor tour; I know Serena is good but since the challengers left, no one raised up thier mental or technical games.
I mean, even the #20 etc back in the days caused problems, nowadays the players really suck. Sorry to say. Even Pova is unimpressive, and she wins so much still!!

Re: General discussion thread
Happy birthday JuJu, can't wait to see her at the French.
As for the tour, other than the top 3, the rest lack the consistency to challenge.
Any big ball striker with some sort of consistency can beat Maria and Vika and I really thought that player was Petra but really she's so bad

Re: General discussion thread
I shudder to think what the tour will look like a couple years from now; the WTA tour that is.
