Magda lost today to Lisa Sabino (#690), 6-3 3-6 6-7(3)... She really loses each tie-break she plays and against any player, that's pretty unbelievable

40 points off in two weeks, her results so far this year haven't been convincing. I saw her last year at the French Open (QR1) and she played a solid match; she can do very well but these days I don't know what's going on.

She lost her confidence. I saw her against (LL)Sasnovich two weeks ago. She lost that match. She spread errors right and left. I can't see any help for her unless she moves on and travels like Kasia to train to some different place.

Sandra Zaniewska was asked about Magda and this is what she answered:

Similarily like you this year, Magda Linette had two years ago great winning streak in ITF tournaments. She was not able to move forward. What happened?

Magda had a great 2010 year but I don't know exactly what happened. Player's developement consists of many things. You know, that starting in bigger tournaments you enter the competition on a higher level, you play with better tennis players and some girls can't cope with it. The smallest details decide about the success.
