Dubaï Rd1 Q Flipkens def. Bacsinszky 6/3 6/4
Her first tournaments of the season have been disappointing, i hope it's just a bad phase, i expected more from her after her good end of 2009.  She has limitations in her game (forehand, footwork, speed) but she SHOULD surpass them with her good serve and accurate backhand....... we'll see |

Bacsinszky has been disastrous so far this year. It's a shame, because her game really seemed to be maturing at the end of last season.

Flipper finally living up to her potential
Wimbledon and US Open last year, and now this year she qualified and got to the quarters in Hobart, lost R1 AO (but to Henin), beat Domachowska in Fed Cup and almost beat A.Radwanska, and now R2 in Dubai as a qualifier
