The tie between Belgium and Estonia will most likely be played in Hasselt on clay. More importantly, Henin and Clijsters have both committed to play  !
Lets hope they don't pull out  ... |

Is there an official confirmation in local papers for that? Kim's website says she will be in Atwerp for the Thomas Cook Diamond Games at the same time. Planning to drive back and forth during this period?
Hasselt and clay huh. Well that should be interesting then. Kaia's not bad on clay but against Henin right now, I think not and well Ani is just hopeless right now. Hopefully it will still turn out to be a fight between Estonia and Belgium. Can't see a win though if Henin and Clijsters both play.

The message has appeared in various Belgian newspapers, and it's also an item on Kim's website (in the dutch version, I guess it hasn't been translated yet).
I don't know Kanepi or Ani very well, other than that Henin beat them both very easily in her first career. So, if she and Kim indeed play, I don't think Estonia will have much chance of winning this tie.

I think it's good that Kim and Justine will play, but I feel bad that Yanina has worked so hard to keep Belgium at this WG/WG II level and now she probably won't get to play singles

Well will see what happens, once it's time to start with Fed Cup again. Right now, would think the same as you, that no chance in hell
