While I did compare Hanna to Brian a couple weeks ago, I certainly hope the writers are also tapping into the Miguel character, not because I've been getting vibes – and hearing lines! – of season 3; IMO she's just too perfect to be true, and way too good a liar to keep boring me out like that for much longer...

And the hottest character the show has seen.
I hope Deb is killed off and Hannah survives into the next season. Jennifer Carpenters overacting has been a drag on the show for too long.

I don't know why but I have a hunch that Hannah will last over 2 seasons. Maybe it's just wishful thinking though? Like u guys said she's too good and Dexter won't kill her soooo

no way. He was a huge amateur and u could tell that Dexter was going to kill him right off. Hannah and Dexters relationship is way more complicated so I hope they don't go down that betrayal route again.

Who else is going to do it?!?!  Do you not realize that you have to have a balance? Without Deb, this show would be pretty fucking lame. Dexter can't carry the entire show on his back nor will he ever be able to. I love him but my God, give credit where credit is due. Jennifer Carpenter has been slaying so far in this season. You don't have to like the character to give respect to the actor.

Ugh. Such a tame ending to what I thought could have been a great villain.  Isaac will be missed. 
So many people killed on tonight's episode. 
This is still much better than last season but there was so much promise at the beginning and I can't help but feel disappointed by what has happened since. 
The "phantom" killer sounds interesting but only three more episodes left to go. |

Yes, such a weird ending for the Issac arc! I'm bummed by that too. I don't know what's going on this with phantom angle, but it sort of feels like filler at the moment.
There were some good lines tonight - Dexter relating Deborah's forbidden feelings to his own about M&Ms  And Matthews had a bunch to LaGuerta, the best of which was "Go home Maria. The only help you'll get from me is a lift back to Cuba"  I find this investigation much more interesting right now but we get so little in each episode |

Fucking amazing episode. I knew it was too good to be true that Isaac would just be able to leave without a trace like Lumen did. His ending scene was great though. The acting in this episode was amazing and I'm glad Hannah lived!!

The Isaac ending was perhaps a bit anticlimactic, but it was beautiful. I loved the episode. And Deb swearing when she notices Hannah is still alive

Of course he was a total noob when it comes to killing and he was always going to die eventually but he still figured Dexter out pretty quickly and was able to take advantage of it. What I meant is that maybe she's been using him all along too.
