I think it was only 17 events including Doha that she played. She was supposed to play in Sydney, Charleston, Eastbourne and Moscow too but pulled out of them all. Yeah she'l definitely be playing all the P5's i'd imagine.

Tbh, looking at the schedule Barcelona would be pretty good if she's going to play an international. A decent warm up for the clay court season rather than playing Charleston.

I think if more than 1 top 10er plays in a MM event they have to push up the prize money by a certain amount or something. JJ and Serena both played in Marbella last season but I think that's the only time it's ever happened. I don't think Sam would be happy if she went to Copenhagen instead of San Diego
