it seems sharapova's dress is a simple blue dress with a transparent colourful jacket on it. not really comfortable.

It looks to me like it's all constructed as one piece, so I doubt it'd be that uncomfortable.

yeah, it's a 2-in-1 outfit. but i think the cut of the "jacket" doesn't look comfortable. we definitely need another pic.
