She had game points after her breaks and seemed to be dominating before Caro would always claw her way back

She did kind of implode in the 2nd, I don't think she has won more than 10 points in it

Not sure about this match.

Aravane did pretty well in Montreal. Well, so did Kiki ofcourse. But she did play in Montreal yesterday, even if it was just 3 games. She still had to travel to Cincy and play her Q1 match today

Kiki's first flight was delayed and then she missed her connection flight and her tennisbag didn't arrive. I hope that it has arrived now because she will play Rezai after Mathieu - Ebden is finished (not before 4 pm)

Good win She was up 63/53. But got broken at love serving for the match. At 63/54 (on Aravane's service) there was a very long game, where Kiki also had 3 MP's but couldn't convert. She was 3-1 up in the 2nd set TB, but lost 3-7. I thought she was done.
But she still pulled out the win in the 3rd set

Now vs. 17 yo. Putintseva. Yulia defeated SSE in QR1 in 2 sets. Putintseva is young and talented, so it's gonna be a tough one
