I saw here is no thread for Chani

so here is one

Chanelle was born at the 13th of March in 1984. And ..... I found no personally informations about Chanelle ..... I am sorry

But I can tell you that Chanelle is currently the number 328 in singles and 152 in doubles ( carrer high

). She won 3 ITF doubles titles this year (ITF/Tampa, FL-USA (w/Tsoubanos), ITF/Grado-ITA (w/Dabek), ITF/Gorizia-ITA). In singles she playes very bad at the moment. She won only 10 matches this year and lost 25

. But in doubles it looks much better. She won 26 matches and lost 17 matches.

Last week she played a 50k event in Troy. She lost 26 36 in the first round against Clarisa Fernandez. In doubles she came into the finale (with N.Uberoi). They lost 76(1) 57 36 against Baker/Kriz

. But I think it was a great (doubles)week for her. This week she played in San Francisco.

Her first round opponent is the top seeded player Laura Granville . Another bad draw for Chani

. I hope she can do well against Laura and exspecially in doubles.

Chanelle lost 46 36 against Laura

. She played in doubles with Neha Uberoi against Castellvi/Ciulei. I hope she can win some matches in doubles

Chani plays this week in Augusta. She won her first round match against M.-F. Alves with 62 46 63

Chanelle and Neha won their first round doubles match against Magley/Nelson with 76(7) 26 75

Chanelle won in the second round against the number 4 seeded player Jessica Kirkland with 67(4) 62 62

and .... she won the doubles match too

with 63 63 against Tuchband/Szilinszka

Chani's a nice girl. I've seen her (and talked to her) twice, at 2 different tournaments. I hope she can get a breakthru next year.

Chani lost her quarterfinal against Dabek with 36 64 46

but she played great in doubles and is in the final with a 67(4) 75 76(5) win over De los Rios/Sromova
