Casey is doing great in the doubles. I just hope though that she can lift up and start performing again in singles. Obviously she has a great game but I would love to see her put some extra umph onto that serve. I watched her play Date in Sydney and a lot of the time she simply seemed to place the ball into play which made it very easy to have a crack at it. Hope she wins the Pattaya final. Be great to see.

^ yes, agree Scott. Maybe it's the shoulder but even getting a bit more slice out in the ad court would be useful.

Definately think she has lost a lot of power from the shoulder, which seems to be evident in her serve and even more so in her lack of being able to put a smash away....hopefully it may also be a confidence thing that she will be able to build up during the season...
Great form in doubles continues, hope they can close out the final tonight, would be great for them both!!

And just learned that this is caseys first WTA title!! Even though she's been in two GS finals and won a mixed title and been top 10 in doubles before.
A great achievement!
