Gronet wird es längerfristig wohl schaffen in die GS Qualies zu kommen, aber ansonsten sieht es weiterhin düster aus, zumindest für die nächsten Jahre, bis dann evtl Spielerinnen wie Friedsam, Witthöft oder Beck kommen, aber wie gesagt, auch nur eventuell!

In Melbourne könnten im schlimmsten Fall mit Kerber, Schruff und Wörle nur noch 3 in der Quali sein.

Sieht man auch am Race, man braucht ca. 280 Punkte für Melbourne

Gronert könnte es schaffen, vielleicht spätestens in Paris. Aber ansonsten sind da nicht wirklich Spielerinnen, die mal in die Quali von GS-Turnieren kommen werden. Vielleicht schafft Müller ja ein Comeback, aber es wird halt auch Zeit für die Jahrgänge 90 bis 92, wenn denn von dort überhaupt etwas kommt.

Klasse Auslosung, wieder mal 3 Deutsche gegen Gesetze. Mal sehen, ob auch die ungesetzen deutschen Herren mal so eine Auslosung erwischen. Die hatten nun wirklich in diesem Jahr wahnsinniges Losglück.

Das Spiel gegen Rezai könnte wieder ein Schlüsselspiel für Sabine werden, wenn sie diese schwierige Hürde meistert, dann ist das Draw recht gut, 2. Runde müsste sie überstehen, danach dann wohl gegen eine Ivanovic oder K.Bondarenko, das könnte interessant werden, allerdings ist Rezai immer schwer einzuschätzen....

Wurde bisher noch garnicht erwähnt,
Kerber hat auch die 2. Runde der Quali überstanden, wenn auch wieder mit Mühe!
63 57 63 gegen Luzhanska, jetzt gegen Scheepers, die bisher einen sehr starken Eindruck hinterlassen hat!

Die deutschen Damen haben 5 Ungesetzte im Hauptfeld und 3 treffen gleich auf Gesetzte. Die deutschen Herren haben 8 Ungesetzte im Hauptfeld und 2 treffen gleich auf Gesetzte.

Also so etwas von unterschiedlich wie in diesem Jahr war es zwischen ungesetzten deutschen Herren und ungesetzten deutschen Damen noch nie. Während die Herren extrem einfache Erstrundengegner bekamen haben die Damen extrem viele Gesetzte bekommen, wobei hier natürlich Görges total den Vogel abschießt.


Mal ein Jahresvergleich:

23 Mal waren ungesetzte deutsche Damen in diesem Jahr in Hauptfeldern von GS-Turnieren, gleich 12 Mal bekamen sie eine Gesetzte, macht 52,2% (Normalwert ist 33,3%).

32 Mal waren ungesetzte deutsche Herren in diesem Jahr in Hauptfeldern von GS-Turnieren, 5 Mal bekamen sie einen Gesetzten, macht 15,6% (Normalwert ist 33,3%).

Wenn ich Herren und Damen zusammenrechne bekomme ich etwas über 30%. Das wäre im Normalbereich. "Tolle" Auslosungen.
Und das wo es bei den Damen viel zuviele Punkte für einen Sieg im Hauptfeld gibt.

Die verlieren auch so wie wir diese Woche wieder bei Kleinstturnier von New Haven gesehen haben.

Außerdem gehen dort die meisten eh auf die Tennis-Rente zu, alles eher ältere Spieler.
