My 2009 Rogers Cup photos
Hey everyone! What a fantastic 1st day at the Rogers Cup! It all started in downtown Toronto where Ana Ivanovic and Caroline Wozniacki played a mini match. A very busy street (Younge) was closed for the occasion. A lot of fun and some great photos!
Then, I jumped into my car and headed to York University to attend the rest of the Monday afternoon session. I saw a couple of players practice including Kim Clijsters. I also saw some singles (Chakvetadze vs Bartoli) and doubles (Kirilenko/Vesnina vs Dubois/??) matches.
Finally, Monica Seles, my idol for many years, played an exhibition match on Centre Court with Aleksandra Wozniak, Serena Williams and Martina Navratilova. That made me think about all the great moments I've witnessed (live or on TV) in Monica's career. It was just great.
I have a lot photos. I will post some of them in a few minutes.

I do have a lot more photos but I got at the hotel a little late yesterday so I did not have time to upload more. And now I am leaving for day 2. More photos will be posted tonight and later this week. Thanks for the good comments! :-)
