Amélie MAURESMO - Oui. C'est flatteur pour eux également. Svetlana Kuznetsova est une joueuse dont je suis très proche et elle a forcément créé des liens avec les personnes de ma cellule. Elle a constaté que notre équipe fonctionnait sur un mode de décontraction mais de rigueur dans le travail et c'était ce qu'elle recherchait.

Et elle ne vous a rien demandé ?

Si, lors de la tournée sur gazon que j'ai effectuée avec Michaël Llodra, elle m'avait chambrée : «Tu vas avec tout le monde mais pas avec moi» et m'avait demandé de l'accompagner cet été. Mais je pense qu'il y a un travail de fond à court et moyen terme à effectuer avec elle, sachant son potentiel encore inexploité. En revanche, lorsque les choses seront installées, pourquoi ne pas aller quelques semaines sur des tournois avec elle.

Amelie feels flattered that Sveta chose Loic and Jerome to be part of her team and she thinks they feel flattered too and she feels very close to Sveta.Amelie said Sveta got on her case during the grass court season for coaching everyone but her and when things fall into place Amelie will spend a few weeks on the road with Sveta

I don't want to get my hopes too high in case it never happens,but that would be one of my dreams as I already expressed some weeks ago (well,this and that Momo changes her mind and decides to play some little doubles with Sveta just for the fun of it,but this is even more unrealistic )

If you have free time (and Eurosport tv channel) on 25.10 you can watch the final match of WTA Tour Championships in Los Angeles: Amelie Mauresmo vs Mary Pierce. Time 15:15 - 16:15. I like Amelie but I was a Mary fan back in the day. Finally some good tennis coz right now it's a crappy time (the matches during Kremlin Cup are sooo boring...)

I have barely time to watch tennis now (which falls good because I also have no desire to watch it at all).I have this match in my collection because I was a huge Amélie fan.I remember that match perfectly.It was first big victory for Amélie,such a difficult match to win and great fight from both players! I remember staying deep into european night to watch it until the end,and crying when she won.The good old days

Really hope Sveta can some day have a dog,she seems to love them.But with her constant travelling and life she has,it's understandable she doesn't have one,unless it's a very small one that could travel with her but I think she said more than once in interviews that she prefers big dogs.
