Re: #9 USC def. #57 UC Irvine 6-1
uh, actually USC site got it wrong on the doubles. I corrected it on the post I wrote.
Actually #2 Hollday/Kwan lost to Lao/Ramos 8-2,
and at the 3rd position, Bartlett/Smith, won against Andrews/Pulido 8-7(1)

Re: #9 USC def. #50 Long Beach St. 6-1
I dunno if Fanlser got injured during the match against Dallara, but D was good. Could move well, counterattack, and was pretty consistent. Actually I was quite impressed with her.

5. Lexi Brand, UM def. Julie Luzar, LBSU 7-6, 6-7, 10-8
6. Anna Jeczmionka, LBSU def. Bruce Kurkan, UM 6-2, 6-4
- Maryland was a 4-18 team last season that lost their top 3 singles. That means Maryland is even worse this year.
- Anna Jeczmionka gets her 1st win over a non-walk-on this season.
And it only took AJ her 12th opponent to do it in.

- I predicted St. Mary's would sweep both Fresno St. and Denver this weekend and absorb both teams overrated rankings.
- A highly ranked St. Mary's is good for UCI and LBS if either can beat the Gaels. At the very least a loss won't hurt if St. Mary's is ranked higher.
- Fresno has lost so much from last season including the "St." at the end of their school name in the rankings.

Form what are you talking about? No one understands when you talk in code.
Raney played doubles that day and their was no mention of her being injured on the release.
