Guys, I Am New To This Forum, But I've Been Reading About Ani.I have good News For All Of You Following Ani,she Is Going To Play Qualis In Albuquerque New Mexico $75000 And Then Another Couple Of Tournaments In Usa.
That's great news!
Thank you, jenysam, for the news and welcome to Ani's thread!
Ani is back in action! In qualies at this week's $75K in Albuquerque she's the #3 seed and got a R1 bye. In R2 she plays the winner of Elizabeth LUMPKIN (#789) and Lindsey NELSON (#722). If she wins that, she'll likely play the #7 seed, Diana NAKIC (#548).
This is an excellent chance for Ani to qualify for one of the biggest tournaments of her young career!
good news ,ani won her 2nd round in qualis in Albuquerque 5-7,6-3 ,7-5.it was a closed match. she will play BOULYTCHEVA, Olga (RUS) on next round.this was a tough match for ani, she did not have time to adjust to play in hard courts and she was tired after her trip and anyways she pull it trough.this girl is amazing.good luck in next match, ajmo croats

^ That's great! I'm surprised it was that close, though. Ani is very used to playing in the US and on hard courts, and her opponent is ranked in the 700s (though with a career-high ranking in the 400s). I hope that's not a bad sign.
Either way, it's great she got the win. That's 4 points, which will take her to a new career-high ranking.
In the final round of qualies she plays Olga BOULYTCHEVA (#724). Come on, Ani, qualify!
