2001-2010 Decade in numbers: WTA h2h COUNTRY SCOREBOARD

2001-2010 decade is over and its perfect time for some summary. You can easy find names of title champions (Grand Slams especially) and who reach TOP10 or #1 in previous decade... but there is no stats sorted "Country by Country" or from all rounds and tournaments h2h overall, so I decide to make little research about this kind of WTA statistics, and very helpful tool in that direction was NEW WTA-STATS SITE created by TF member kworb. Subject of this research is all 2001-2010 Main Draw WTA Events matches, and also there is always part about Grand Slam stats only.

STATS ERRORS and useful informations: There is some errors which I notice, but I gave-up to correct they manually b/c I will lose too much time for just little corrections. Biggest errors are when I use filters to not include Challengers tournaments and Qualify matches (so only 2001-2010 Main Draw WTA Events matches is subject of this research) I lose complete Round Robin (group round) matches from YEC tournaments. Also there is problem about players which switch their citizenship which all matches is counted for theirs current countries. Most notable cases is Jelena Dokic who played for Serbia in first half of decade even like TOP5 player but all that results goes to Australia, and also Sesil Karatantcheva case which best results have representing Bulgaria like TOP50 player, but all that matches is counted for Kazakhstan...etc... I trying to include all 2001-10 WTA-relevant countries there, and now when I finished I think I should also to include there Luxembourg, Greece, Thailand and Taiwan also. Matches between two players from same country is simple counted like one win and one lose.

OVERALL "STANDINGS" (2001-2010 Country rankings):
Like in real WTA rankings W-L ratio should not be only criteria, and should to exist some compromise between quality and quantity. Of course that in reality most important is number of GS titles, but like we know in h2h W-L stats Grand Slam finals is matches just like any others so this "STANDINGS" is based only on players (from WTA-relevant countries) h2h W-L results, not tournaments titles/achievements, which will be subject of some other thread. So for final 2001-2010 Country Rank I created fair points system which give +1 point bonus for every Main Draw match, +5 pts for every win and -5 pts for every lose (which means +6pts for win and -4pts for lose).
Code:

Being the one country that holds one of the most prestigious major event, UK is definitely an embarrassment.

No Greece?
For sure we would have more than the likes of South Africa, Uzbekistan, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Holland, Great Britain, Sweden, and maybe even Denmark, Bulgaria, Romania, and Poland
