Very surprised she won. Came up with a couple of really good backhands then Larsson DF'd to get the break back at the end, then sloppy game to finish.
First time I've seen Johanna, she's so Tati-ish, both in the style of dress, the ankle protectors and that big swishing forehand that ends up round the back of the neck. Very strange backhand she kind of launches into, good to watch though when it goes in. On that display should be at least 100 places higher than she is, but obviously she doesn't normally play like that.
First set was excellent, second set Larsson's form dropped and Cirstea was solid, third she just raised her game a bit when she needed to but she was looking pretty ragged for long stretches. Very watchable match though.
