I tried to check but they haven't stated anything about avi gif sizes.

what is the maximum size for the avis in general? I am not premium so I can't check  I will make one that is ok for the restrictions here and if you need it smaller just say |

OK.  I have no idea what the restrictions are (well dimensions of course are 144 x 168), but they're not that strict in MTF.
