Sadly, because of so many years of using and abusing drugs, her voice will probably never be the same. I'm just happy she's still with us and making a comeback. I wish I could say the same for Michael Jackson.

I'm just so happy she's back and more importantly in good health. Thinking about what happened to Michael Jackson and then thinking about how close Whitney came to only God knows what, just makes me appreciate her more. Maybe that's why I'm connecting to the song. Lyrically it's powerful and Whitney moved me with the honesty in her voice- that raw tone that people probably don't like is what makes this song work for me.

The lyrics are good. The voice isn't. I wasn't expecting PEAK Whitney because of all the drugs but I wasn't expecting this croaky sound. It sounded pretty bad to me. I'm really disappointed. I really didn't expect Whitney's voice to go the way of Mariah's. *sigh*

I await the up tempo songs because Whitney does know how to make great up tempo records!

It's a great song. Her voice sounds different, but that's mostly because she's older. She sings with a lot of expression.

i like it but it's not lead single material AT ALL , this would be good as the last single of the album
They had sooo much time and were able to make a strategy and really think on what they were going to do after Mariah's single now i just dont know what to expect, bad BAD Clive

Yeah, this is just not a HIT material which she wants in order to make her comeback HUGE.
It's just alright for me.

The voice isn't a problem. I actually like the raspy tone and some artists have done great with much less. But this feels like Try It On My Own part II, and the lyrics are very bleh. I would've preferred an uptempo.

Mariah's voice is still phenomenal. It isn't what it was but shes still the best out there, and with rest, what she did with Fly Like a Bird on AI was awe inspiring.
