It's ok, nothing special. I still like Million Dollar Bill the best.

I really like Million Dollar Bill, it reminds me of a catchier version of 'Just Fine' by Mary J Blige

Well compared to most popular music in the top 40 today I beg to differ. It most certainly is special, we have a singer back who doesn't use autotune and whose vocal abilities extend beyond one octave. I enjoy the odd Britney or Madonna song, but honestly they have spawned so many 'artists' with minimal natural talent, and the charts are full of them. The album is doing well on amazon US, only being outsold by the Beatles at the moment. I just hope the world embraces Whitney's comeback, because she offers some welcome diversity to the music-biz.

I am not going to lie. I am hating on Whitney but I LOVE "Call You Tonight" the best song on the album. All of the other songs are crap in my opinion. Just giving credit where it is due.

What do you mean? It is not just a little taste. It is the full album. All songs. I gave you the link:

Listen to Call You Tonight. It is a favorite.

Re: Whitney Houston: ENTIRE Album available for listen online (first post)
It's a snoozefest. There are some solid to decent material (Million Dollar Bill, Call You Tonight, Salute, For the Lovers), but the problem is that vocal arrangements with previous Whitney songs have usually depended on her ability to suddenly infuse tremendous power. They didn't change the formula here, but Whitney sounds downright tired, so there's little to keep the tempo going. They should have opted for a more beat driven material.

Unfortunately, I'm pretty underwhelmed. Good to see she's really off crack and trying hard, tho.

Re: Whitney Houston: ENTIRE Album available for listen online (first post)
I've been listening to her album since last week. My favorites are Million Dollar Bill, Worth It, Call You Tonight For The Lovers, and Like I Never Left. The big surprise to me is that I actually liked what Akon brought to the table.
My only problem is the ballads. They're beautiful songs but Whitney doesn't seem to deliver her usual vocal acrobatics. Whitney usually makes ballads into her own by using her own unique ad-libs but they weren't present on this album. In my opinion, the old Whitney would have killed I Look To You and Didn't Know My Own Strength. Oh well, I've already pre-ordered via Amazon anyways. Wish her the best of luck!! Overall, it's still a decent effort.

Re: Whitney Houston: ENTIRE Album available for listen online (first post)
Amazing!! I can't believe how good it is. My standouts are:
1. Million Dollar Bill
2. Call You Tonight
3. Song for You
4. Worth It.
5. Like I Never Left
6. Salute
7. For The Lovers
Heck, I can't rank these songs, I love them all! Well "Nothin But Love" is only one that doesn't move me. Everything else is insane.
