Laura blitzed Sabina, 1 & 0 for the the title! It was her first title of the year and second career title!
Now, at the 10K Bursa, Laura, seeded #3, reached the semis after defeating #7 Melanie Klaffner, 3 & 4. Will face Yuuki Tanaka for a spot in the final.

25K Sofia qualies. Laura, the #7 seed defeated #9 Ksenia Kirillova, 3 & 2, to advance to the main draw. She is now 2-all in their h2h.
She faces Isabella Shinikova in the first round.

Laura reached the semis after upsetting Jasmina Tinjic, 2 & 3. It was her sixth SF of the year. She then fell to #6 Sharon Fichman, for the second straight tournament.  This time she at least gave her a decent fight, going down 3 & 4.
This result will get her close to her career high ranking of 317, which she held back in 2009.
25K Dobrich is next. I believe she gets a SE into the main draw.

^ She won that match, 2 & 2, then as, the #1 seed, rallied to defeat #2 Lenka Jurikova, 36 64 62! This marks LI's third title of the year, and will next week break her career high ranking of #317, set in 2009
BTW, looks like she's coached by Liana-Gabriela Ungar. Has Ungar officially retired?
