That's terrible! I hope she goes to Hobart, or even Auckland, and gets some wins there. I doubt she'd progress too far in Sydney. She needs to be seeded for AO. I guess it's not the end of the world though, she could get an unseeded opponent in 1R or a weak seed.

NO AO seeding then I guess unless she wins Auckland or Brisbane, and even then she may still not get it

is quite better she'll be unseeded that seed 30 and meet serena williams in 3R.. Now we have to cross our fingers to have a good draw, with weak seeds. Anabel Medina Garrigues would be the best option :P

But being unseeded means she could get Serena or anybody in 1st round
