Anna Lapushchenkova
She just made the Final of the 50k in Penza , where she'll face Ukrainian Junior Kristina Antoiychuk.She's on a 9 matches winning streak after a 10k in Moscow.She'll turn 21 in October.So anyone got some infos od her style?

Iv been following her results for a few months now and has really been improving all year. She won some matches in Warsaw qualies and gave Pironkova a tough match and beat Shvedova, albeit through a retirement in the 3rd. From what i have heard she plas Really consistent tennis, powerfull groundstrokes, many winners, nice volley technique. Her serve is not that good though.
Maybe this can be her new cheering thread

She didn't drop a set all week and has won 10 straights matches now  Closing in on the top 200 too. Hopefully with a good showing in Moscow, she'll get there Congrats on the the title too

Anna extends her matchwin streak to 11, beating Ana Veselinovic 6-1 6-2 in the 1st round. She plays Shapatava next whom she beat last week in Penza
