A lot of Serena(and Venus fans to be fair) are Serena fans first and tennis fans second(that's if they are tennis fans at all). They could care less about the integrity of the sport. Yet, they are so quick to criticize Jankovic and bring up Henin. You can't criticize them and then praise Serena when she does and says similar things.

Seriously though...she needs to step it up a bit. That was sloppy and just ridiculous. But ya know what...in '07 she had these early struggles and we all know how that turned out. In the end it was still a straight set match and a good workout. But, 3/16 in break points is PATHETIC!!! That was just ridiculous.

Gisela was on fire 2nd set....I don't know why Serena kept hitting to her forehand! Serena survives as always though....definitely weathered the storm and a great way to end with an ace.
I think a lot of her winners wouldn't have been winners if Serena was actually MOVING! Pls Serena get some wheels!

Well.. I wonder if such things happen on the men's tour. They don't. That was a ridiculous choke. Every time she had a set point or a game point at 5/5 she froze. Too bad cause she actually played very well, but she's a big fat joke mentally.
well at least it was entertaining. Before they showed this match, I was about to fall asleep, now I am wide awake. And isn't it a good thing that a match captures the audience. I must say a lot of the one-sided ATP haven't been able to keep me awake
Please shut up about Serena's 'bad' performance. Dulko played very well but couldn't find her first serve when it mattered. That happens against Serena a lot. Must be coincidence She was not worse than hideous Jankovic or average Ivanovic yesterday. It's not painful to watch blah blah. Stop being so dramatic
