why is it that every interview of every player has a question about Russian players? I mean, why not to ask what some think of Kazahstan players? Or American players? It is getting to a point of being boooooooring

OTOH 50% of top12 has RUS next to their names.
Anyway, she's just about right for me. At least I had similar similar feelings about at least Lena & Sveta based on personal experience.  And she didn't exactly say her opinion on Russian players in general, but on 4 different players. Nothing wrong with that.

Who was in the top echelon of WTA from Russia then? I'm guessing only AnnaK (as I hadn't been following tennis thus far ago). You've answered your won question.

I meant to give an opinion of, say, American players... There were plenty of them around

Aga was asked about players in general, but she only said something about the Russians. I think it's maybe good that she didn't mention Jankovic this time, cause otherwise she would be slaughtered by JJ's fans...
