18 years old Vitalia has just won 75K Dubai beating Urszula Radwanska 75 26 75 in final   . In doing so she also broke the top 200

Who the hell is she? Incredible week and even amazing year fot that 18 y.o who had no ranking at the 2007 year endiing ranking! She's now Top 200!
