Here are the current point totals for the players who can still qualify:
7. Venus Williams 2522
8. Maria Sharapova 2515*

9. Vera Zvonareva 2435
10. Agnieszka Radwanska 2096
*Sharapova has already announced that she will not play anymore this season
Note: Zvonareva and Radwanska are playing in Linz the week of October 20 and Zvonareva is planing on playing Quebec City the week of October 27
If Vera does well in her last two tournaments, she will secure the seventh spot. For Radwanska to overtake Venus for the eigth and final spot, she will have to win Linz and enter Quebec City and win (which,IMO, is unlikely).
