Peinliche Vorstellung im 3.Satz
Barthel wird im nächsten Jahr ganz große Probleme bekommen sich unter den Top 50 zu halten. Das war heute kaum Top 100 würdig.  |

Aufschlag kann sie natürlich vergessen, Quote bei 38% und selbst im 2.Satz nur bei 41%, das ist ganz schwach!
Dazu noch die häufigen DF, daran muss sie arbeiten.
Trotzdem hat sie ja noch gut mitgehalten, da war in Satz 1 und 2 alles im grünen Bereich (gewonnene Aufschlagpunkte), nur einmal gebreakt worden, da hat sie sicherlich ordentlich gespielt.
Aber wer kein Selbstvertrauen hat, gewinnt keine TBs, im 2.Satz dann mal gut durchgespielt und Satz 3 war dann total daneben, gerade auch beim Return, aber auch das hat man in letzter Zeit häufiger gesehen, da geht dann plötzlich überhaupt nichts mehr..
Wartet eine Menge Arbeit auf Frau Barthel in der "Off Season", denke nicht, dass es in Luxemburg noch einmal viel besser werden wird.

Anyway, we already knew this season is over for her so I'm hardly surprised she lost this match but what I don't understand is Mona herself. She came back in the 2nd only to gift the match easily to her opponent!

We didn`t watch her play today but the stats and the scoreline tells a lot about her game once again.
Idk, but it`s hard to imagine that Mona will not have some doubts about her career as a professional tennis player looking at the currency of this season.
Hope she can find a way out of this deep and strange slump in the afterseason, probably with a new coach.
Otherwise she will rapidely fall down the rankings in spring time and then it will be even harder to come back.
