The year in injuries so far:
Brisbane: Hand + stomach virus
Sydney: Stomach virus
Doha/Dubai: Illness
Fed Cup: Exhaustion
Fes/Estoril: Viral illness
Roland Garros: Burst blood vessell
Copehagen: Flu
's-Hertogenbosch: Thigh strain
Wimbledon: Hamstring + twisted ankle
San Diego: Shoulder (practicing with heavy taping)
Toronto: Shoulder

Jelena has to be one of the most often injured/sick players at the tour. And still it hasn't been THAT long breaks compared to 2009/2010.  |
