Half-Serbian Mix-Doubles have Sensational Success in last 5 seasons reaching 7 Grand Slam Finals (including 4 Titles!!!) but never have for some reason their own place here in Serbian Sensation subforum (except JJ road to Wimbledon/07 title at her forum).
So it's time for change because Half-Serbian mix-doubles always is awesome and realy deserve some attention.
At this US Open three Half-Serbian doubles is commited to play, but Jelena Jankovic and Fernando Verdasco withdraws in last moment.
Katarina Srebotnik and Nenad Zimonjic is tournament 2nd seeds and in 2nd round will play against Razzano/Wassen.
Flavia Pannetta and Dusan Vemic already reach Quarterfinals where will play against Americans Craybas/Butorac.
Good Luck for both this mix-doubles and i wish them to reach all-(half)Serbian semifinal in New York.  |

Srebotnik/Zimonjic qualify in QF and Pennetta/Vemic was close to reach SF, but lose in final set TB.

Australian Open 2009 - MIX DOUBLES to watch:
Dusan Vemic SRB & Flavia Pennetta ITA
Nenad Zimonjic SRB & Anna-Lena Groenefeld GER
After draw is released especially interesting will be Zimonjic/ALG 1st round showdown vs AO/09 1st seeds (C.Black/L.Paes). |

This Australian Open 2009 was "Serbian worst Nightmare", so mix-doubles which include "Serbian part" is not exceptions 
Both "half-our" mix-doubles lose theirs 1st Round match. |
