I think her best form will come later this year on clay. She moves better now, fitter, and the coaching is stable. Only if she doesn't have to always be with PM.

She still in Melbourne Park, practicing today with Vesnina. Actually having more practice than Lucic, who's in MD.

It's really too bad she didn't win. It would have given her a nice chunk of cash and even a winnable R1, against Cepelova. It was a big missed opportunity but Tereza did great to reach QR3.

By reaching QR3, Tereza picked up $13,120. That's a big chunk of her entire career prize money; before this week, that amounted to only $64,405.

A very nice start, given it's a comfortable win against a player who is very close to Tereza in ranking, so goo job so far! Next one against (probably) Brianti could be "a bit" trickier though...someone who was a top 100 regular, at one point almost top 50 and is a seasoned veteran too. But even if she'd lost it wouldn't be the end of the world.
Tereza also teamed up with her possible opponent in the upcoming Fed cup, Sofia Shapatava, and they lost the opening round of doubles to a wild-carded team Glushko/Konta 7:6, 6:3. Too bad about that, but good that Tereza had some doubles match practice before FC as well.
