Ranking points and Earnings
How about having a sticky in this section with rankings points and earnings for each round of every tier of tournaments?
Does anyone have this list?

Please excuse my ignorance, but why do so few players have an odd number of ranking points? Checking the list (Jan 12, 2009) on the WTA Tour site, the lowest-ranking player I could find with an odd number of points was Kairangi Vano (number 695) with 35 points. Next lowest was Isabella Holland (number 580) with 51 points.

Right now it is because they just doubled the old points so it is an even number. As the year progresses I am sure more and more players will have an odd number of points

Do you get the system well???
I don't get it, I wanted to recreate the total of points of Wozniacki (there I could understand well which tournaments count and which ones don't though she played 28). If the points are only counting 16 tournaments I never get to 4730 points only up to 4415?! Does someone really understand it??? I really want to figure it out

I thought that Cinci was mandatory as well?! Although it's said on the website that it's a premier 5! Those are: Rome, Cinci, Tokyo, Toronto and what??? Moscow or Dubai? Why are her Bejing points from last year not included? I thought a mandatory event is always counted no matter on what stage you lose?!

And in the How the ranking works sheet there's said that the two best Premier 5 tournaments count, so why is there not Rome? Is it just because 110 points are lower than her Bastad points???

I tried it with Safina's points as well but all her results calculated together don't even give me over 9000 points! Or is the YEC just adjusted? It is nowhere said how many points you can earn there!

I'm so sorry. Forget about the Safina point thing, I realized I already took her 3r US Open points from this year not her semifinal points from 2008! So no wonder I don't get it right! But the other questions still remain
