doing weights is a good form of burning fat, more so if you do a lot of reps

you cant target an area to lose fat just by exercising only that area. you have to do a general cardio and the belly is usually the last area to lose the fat. doing lots of abdominal exercises wont make you lose fat there first.

They don't have to be fat, but some of theme probably eat/burn more than the others. But they all eat a lot of carbs.

Yeah I know, this is what I've been doing but obviously knew something had to change  my physio gave me a gym weights programme so I'm just going to up it abit and probably ask her as well. No that's all for now  thanks again!
