Former champion Safarova dumped into Court 3.

But this is usual at the Estoril Open - you must remember that in previous years it was the biggest ATP tournament of the week, the women's event a sideshow for all intents and purposes. Typically Court Central opens at 11:00 AM with a WTA match that nobody watches, and then it's ATP. Centralito features mostly locals until they all get knocked out. Priority to ATP matches doesn't make as much sense this year since the ATP field is the pitts (it's Fed and Davydenko, the latter of whom is very likely to tank tomorrow, and then total scrubsville).

Anyway, tough choices tomorrow. I feel I may have no other option but to skip Fed's match. Which means that if he loses, the "once in a lifetime opportunity" of watching him play live is gone. Sigh. Maybe I'll rush to Court Central if he's in trouble.
