Ganz starke Woche für Sarah.

Sie wird wohl auf ca. 630 - 640 steigen.

Genau, immerhin ist Kuzmina ja die 375 der Rangliste, also mehr als 300 Plätze über Sarah .

If players like Priska Schäfer plays WTA tournaments, Gronert should also get the chance. Gronert is much better than Priska. If she has the chance, why not???

it's just my opinion. i think it's better for her just to build up her form and confidence with smaller tournaments, work a little bit more on her backhand and footwork and build up her ranking playing here in europe.
for me, if i were sarah i would commit to play
2nd feb belfort (fra)25k (carpet)
9th feb stockholm (swe) 25k (hard) or mallorca (esp) 10k (hard)
16th feb capriolo (ita) 25k (carpet)
23rd feb biberach (ger) 50k (hard), where she hopefully gets a main draw wc or at least a qualy wc
2nd march buchen (ger) 10k (carpet), where she last year started her career...
16th march tenerife (esp) 25k (hard)
23rd march la palma 25k (hard)
6th april torhut (bel) 100k or 75k monzon (esp) (both on hard)
the question is also of cours eif she will get in these tournaments.... and from then on, if her ranking is hight enough and she proved herself i would mixed itf and wta events up....
look how petra kvitova climbed the rankings... she played brilliant in 10 and 25k tournies, raised to 50-100k and now playes great on the wta

Mallorca is clay and Capriolo has been cancelled.

If she qualifies for Pattaya why not playing there? Just a good experience, being payed decent money, hospitality provided in a 5* hotel and the possibility to play an official WTA tournament for the first time. Qualies in Pattaya won't be much harder that this $50K in Biberach or the strong $25K in the Canary Islands anyway...
