Re: Ajmo Ana Savic!
And has definitely had a strange career trajectory: I was surprised to see on her ITF webpage ( http://beta.itftennis.com/procircuit...erid=100062952) that these recent titles in Turkey are only her second and third ever--and the first since 2006, when she was 16 or 17

Re: Ajmo Ana Savic!
It's clear Ana's ranking belongs in the 200s: her recent W-L record to players in the 300s is 7-0.
That includes two wins over Grymalska (302), two over Barbieri (369), a 62 61 demolition of Mitu (320), 63 64 over Schaefer (317) and a win over former top-100 player Zec-Peskiric (300).
Tomorrow's the first time in her comeback that she plays someone in the 200s (Tinjic, 266). Good luck, Ana!

Re: Ajmo Ana Savic!
Diference between tinjić and savić is that jasmina had father behind the courts. Ana was always alone, without parents and regular couch tennis success is lotery.

that's not true. as far as I know Ana never travelled alone but every time I heard she's working with some one else. I don't know why she probably wasn't pleased so she would change.
she's now in antalya with some coach, I saw comments and photos on her facebook
Good luck today Ana!

Re: Ajmo Ana Savic!
I said regular (privat). I saw club coach from split, when she was 18 in makarska. I sure that she was alone in age of 16-17 in dubrovnik and cavtat.

Re: Ajmo Ana Savic!
Fantastic achievement for Ana!
I can't wait for her to start playing some 25Ks.
First she could really use some rest!

Re: Ajmo Ana Savic!
Whatever she was doing during her absence, it's paying off very nicely.
Way to go Ana
