Jana Fett!
Another promising Croatian who is gonna make waves I think.  Felt like making a thread for her. 
She's only 16 (born Nov 2, 1996), currently ranked 118 in juniors (with a CHR of 94 gained earlier this year).
She's played only 1 tournament so far this year: G1 Czech International Junior Indoor Championships, a very strong event where she was Seed 13 and lost in R3 only to the 2nd seed (and eventual semifinalist) Komardina.
She's playing her 2nd event of the year this week, 10K Antalya, where she has to qualify.
She beat Petra Pokorna 0 & 1 in Q1, then (8)Fomina 4 & 3 in Q2  . Final Q round is vs. (11)Lisa-Maria Moser.
She's in the shadow of all the successful and exciting Croats for the moment, but I think it's not bad as it's probably less pressure for her...

Last QR: Fett def. (11.) Moser 6-2 7-6
In first round she will play against fourth seeded Tina Schiechtl (WTA 416., CH 230.). Austrian is clear favorite, she is 13 years older then Jana, but she hasn't played any tournament in last four months.
Already nice result for first ITF, but maybe she can make it even better |

Too bad she couldn't pick up her first ranking point despite all that work, but still an excellent week for young Jana.
In her first pro tournament, she won three matches (all against older players, and two of them against ranked opponents), qualified for the MD and came very close to winning a set against an almost top-400 opponent (with a CH ranking of 230).
Better luck next time!
