Ana sucked so bad as the match went on. 
But Maria played some awfully awesome points/matches. Served her way out of trouble and kept putting pressure on Ana.
Well deserved.

Maria served extremely well. That proved to the key to winning the match. Ana, however, played very erratically. She held her nerves well for the first nine games, but cracked (in a severe way) after that. She had the first set won at 5-4* 0-30, but, alas, hopefully she'll do better in her next final. At the very least, this is an improvement over the FO final.

Deserving win for Sharapova she really was the better player throughout the match and the entire tournament. Ana wasn't good enough today but at least she didn't appear to be as overwhelmed as she was in the RG final, hope she'll keep up the improvements.

Awful tennis from Ana. Could have won the set if she didn't go out and have a brain fart at 5-4 0-30 . Her weapon was a joke today. Ton of errors.
