WTA Records & Statistics Questions

As I was looking through statistics and records, I thought of some questions that I am unsure as to how I could quickly and efficiently answer without going through tons of results and records of active and retired players.

Open Era

Who has the best record vs. number one-ranked players?
(by winning percentage, min. five matches)
(would like to see five-best players ranked by winning percentage, if possible)

Which players have the best records at each of the four Grand Slams?
(by winning percentage; must have won the event)

If someone could answer these questions or point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.

Edit: As some of these questions are answered, I will delete them from this OP and post below.
