Re: Serena's REAL Autumn Schedule
Early or late withdrawals from the rest? And how many WCs will she request before withdrawing?

Re: Serena's REAL Autumn Schedule
Yep, this is about right. However, I pray she doesn't make the YEC.

Re: Serena's REAL Autumn Schedule
Anything can happen, but the odds are that her next tournament after the US Open will be the Australian Open.
SF
Edit: I hope she plays, but I don't think she will.

The other tournaments aren't offering prize money?

Re: Serena's REAL Autumn Schedule
she flew to munich in 2001 and won it. Think she might play Madrid if she will qualify
Would be nice to see her with some more points back in the top4 and avoid justine in slam qf

Re: Serena's REAL Autumn Schedule
For a couple weeks of work its not a bad pay day. If you win both you could wind up with close to $300,000 or $200,000 and a car. If you don't go far enough in the USOpen it'd be a nice place to harvest a few extra points to make your Australian Open defense a little easier. The YEC pretty much performs the same function.
