Japan withdrawls Fed Cup matches.

Did anyone read that report? They think the
security in Columbia was too low or something
and withdrew from the event. I guess they
were concerned about crime, kidnappings etc...

I thought it was in Peru that Japanese business
personnel were kidnapped for ransom money?
