Re: FedCup.

Can't see them winning this! I'm not sure I'd pick Ana to beat Halep either.

Re: FedCup.

According to some Romanian poster in GM.

The BCR Arena in Bucharest has already sold out all of the tickets for this Fed Cup tie.

I like that, actually. Ana has played great in FC when playing away and having the crowd completely against her. Her last three wins are Kvitova, Kerber, and Barthel (before sucking). So hopefully she'll be confident going into the tie especially after the win in Monterrey.

I'll be honest. It will be REALLY tough for Serbia to get this.

Jovanovski hasn't been playing that well this year at all and suffered an injury. Jaksic also seems to have a thigh problem but she'll have time to recover.

Where's Krunic by the way?

I can seriously picture a similar scenario to the one last year against Germany.

We all know Halep will be the challenge. Cirstea shouldn't be that bad cause she's been losing to anyone this year. Niculescu has been playing horribly lately but she's a pretty good doubles player. Begu is solid at doubles as well, not to mention shes been getting back to some decent level and getting her form back in the ITF circuit.

Ana and the team better be prepared. Ajde Srbija.

Re: FedCup.

I think if Serbia wants to win, Ana has to win both her ties, and Jovanovski/Jaksic has to win against Cirstea too Cause I don't think either of those two is gonna beat Halep. And they're not gonna win the doubles..

I think the main problem is how they'll beat the doubles team of Romania. One question, why JJ isn't participating in FedCup anymore?

Halep has bitchslapped her so many times.

Talking seriously..

She apparently retired to give "more chances" to young players. Although I don't know much about that subject.

I REALLY wish she wouldn't have, though.

Seriously thought Ana and Jelena would win the Fed Cup for Serbia one day.

Won't JJ have to play Fed Cup for the 2016 Olympics?

I can honestly JJ changing her mind if Serbia can somehow make it's way back to WG1. Getting over Romania will take an enormous effort though, Ana can't do it alone.

Well that sucks. I hope she'll return one day. If thats her reason, well it isn't valid that much.. Maybe because she and Ana aren't in good terms?

I agree. Chances are slim but possible. Really hope she comes back for her country.

That's partly the reason. She also couldn't stand all the criticism and mocking in Serbian media after her poor performances in Fed Cup final. Naturally, she thought she didn't deserve such a horrible treatment.

I pick Ana to win both matches, against Halep and Cirstea. Bold prediction. Whatever, I'll go with this.

I think it'll be Jovanovski. Vranes has never been one to take risks. Always goes for the most safest choice on paper.
