I think she is the type of player with all the tools to be a factor at every slam, every time, but I don't see her as a dominant figure like Justine, Serena, etc.

Basically. She needs to stop making silly mistakes and take her chances. She should have broken Venus at the beginning of the first set.

its true-clearly im a big fan. shes got everything but she just cant put it together when it counts. today venus was too good but in other big matches shes frozen-i think shes growing in confidence so maybe its the start of better things in the slams, lets hope so eh

i agree. sveta has a got great game to get to world no.1 its just a matter of winning consistently against players like henin & the williams sisters.

Kuzzie's movement is suspect and she tires easily.I think if she loses weight she will be very good.I am not sure about Golovin she is too inconsistent and doesnt seem to take tennis seriously.

Sveta has the talent. I remember seeing her as a 15 year old at Wimby training with Arantxa on the practice courts, you could tell then she had something special. She was hitting the ball so hard.

She just needs that extra edge of confidence, that match savvy.

I hope she steps up.

I agree especially after the Williams sisters and Henin retire she should become the best player in the world. She can do everything with a ball but sometimes she panics especially in big matches and just starts to whack the ball. I tought she played very well today against Venus and I tought she was going to pull out a third set but Venus was just too good. She should not have any regrets about today. But she does need to mentally get stronger so she can win matches she´s supposed to.
