Still this week brought a lot of milestones: breaking into Top100 and first direct GS entrance. I told her that she should think of this week as nothing but success and I hope she will listen. Not a good result in the final, but maybe she felt too pressured to win. Not sure where she is playing next...

First match in a month and a commanding Top100 victory - welcome back Nastja.

Frank, I sent her some messages of support around Wimbledon last year and we communicated back and forth for a while until I met up with her in Charleston. If you remember she gave me tickets in her coaching box for her match against Bartoli since she had no coach with her.

Nastja lost to Julia Cohen in R2.

She is set to play Tanasugarn in her first match in New York. I think it's doable, if she plays like she did against Kvitova I guess.

I know she hates playing pushers, but it's no excuse to lose against Julia Cohen.

I think she will be alright against Tanasugarn because she will hit the ball nice and flat and into Nastja's strike zone. Tammy has been helpless outside of grass anyway for years.
