She is the 4th alt. at 50k Carson, where in 2008 got her 3rd set tiebreak win. The qualy draw was already posted so 4 people need to withdraw

She is playing in the USTA National Hard Court Championships (Women's Open) as the 8th seed.
she plays a 2-star recent graduate in round 1. Other notable names are:
UCLA player no.1 seed Stephanie Hoffupauir
rising california junior Alyssa Grace Smith
former Maryland player and Maryland Asst coach Marianne Baker
Stanford recruit Amelia Herring
no.2 seed is Tori Kinard
if she wins round one she will either play some woman or a 5-star 8th grader (similar to when she lost to Sarah Lee) who recently lost in the US Open QWC playoff to Amanda Fink 6-0,6-0.
