Re: Websites for ordering DVDs
I've ordered from these sites and found both guys to be very prompt and very nice to deal with. I'd recommend that you check these sites. The matches are of excellent quality too:

Re: Websites for ordering DVDs
Ok...so I am quite upset with http://www.users.bigpond.com/tennisvideos1
I know tennisvideos advertised them a lot, but I have requested to order videos from them and they want to charge me an $31 for each video to ship to usa, and they told me it will take three weeks to do so. I asked if I could order after the new year to decrease the ship time and they said, no, that three weeks was the normal protocol. I also asked if they offered discounts for ordering four or more and they said no.
I'm sorry, but I sale videos quite often on my website as well, taping each one individually, and I do my best to make sure the customer receives their order within a week (Tops!), unless they order like five or more videos. They also don't accept Paypal, which is a pain in the arse.
Considering I can't find the videos I want elsewhere, I'll probably buy them, but I'm not happy.

Re: Websites for ordering DVDs
Yeah Jeff that site is pretty damn expensive, and very slow in delivery... but theyve got the biggest selection, so I've inevitably ended up ordering a bunch from them before, and plan to order more in the future.

Re: Websites for ordering DVDs
Yeah, but considering I know how I am regarding the value of customers, it pissed me off to read my email 15 minutes ago with a response that it would take three freakin weeks. For that price it should be 2nd day air for crying out loud.

Re: Websites for ordering DVDs
Am I allowed to plug my own site?
My charges are pretty reasonable and I'm getting a reasonable WTA collection together.

Same problem when I wanted to order them some dvds... I live in Belgium (so really near England): we've got the same tv format (PAL) and they told me it takes 3 weeks to receive them . And it's true: dvds are not cheap at all .
So if you need Justine's matches I have a great collection now. It's cheaper than other collectors :1 dvd = 5.5 euros = 6.6$ shipping inclueded (anywhere in the world), and I do reductions (if you buy 5 dvds, the 6th is free). I do exchanges too (only Justine's matches I don't ever have)
I'm quite quick: if you want PAL dvds it takes few days (depends on your country...2 to 5 days). If you want NTSC dvds, I need few days to convert them (depends on the number of dvds), but it will NEVER takes 3 weeks !!!

Re: Websites for ordering DVDs
I've ordered some DVDs from www.thetennisnexus.com The quality of the video is fantastic with service to match. Each match is only $7.00 USD.

Great but shipping isn't inclueded, isn't it? So for European it's at least 10$ I think.

Life's so hard!
I have always found their ( Tennis Videos International) service to be prompt, reliable and friendly, and would always order from them rather than trust someone new.
Their DVDs may be expensive at £16.50 each (for posting within the UK), but one nice condition is that you can have any two matches on one DVD up to a total of 170 minutes (or slightly more than 170).
And when one of the DVDs I ordered from them became unreadable after the usual 28-day limit, they were more than reasonable about replacing it free of charge (and they said that their new Panasonic DVD-R's are more reliable).

Yeah it is, especially when it's filled with people ripping you off and slow service.
It may be good when you are living in UK, but not so much when you live outside of the UK. People see things differently, and I personally am not happy with their setup, and therefore I have a right to say so.

A lot of us on The Tower Of Power forum have bought HUGE amounts of matches from this woman, her name is Drew and she has AWESOME quality matches for dirt cheap prices. She is honest about the quality of matches if you ask her before you buy. We have all NEVER had a problem with her. Do yourselves a favour and check it out!
And her shipping prices are EVEN cheaper. VERY fast turnaround and service. I am in Australia and have always had my matches within two weeks!

Less than 100 matches... poor choice !
