Badminton - men's team
Indonesia in the same group with strong China and India
Indonesia d India 3-0 but our players were not in form yet
Taufik Hidayat (world number 12), he won Asian Games 2002 gold medal and Olympic 2004 gold medal
Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan (ranked 5 in the world now) - they play fast pace game

Ryan Lalisang (INA) won the gold medal for men's individual
Putty Armein (INA) took the silver medal for women's individual
Beach volley ball:
Men's INA def. Cambodia 2-1
Chess:
Young INA Grandmaster, Susanto Megaranto def. former world champion
Weight-lifting:
Lisa Rumbewas (INA) finished 4th in 53 kg. Lisa won silver medals in Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004.
Cycling/road race: both INA's cyclists finished under 20s...
