Heidi played last year's Canadian Open under Canadian nationality too, I think she has family connection in the Toronto area although I'm not 100% sure on that.
She's got a decent game, nice power baseline shots and serve, but mentally just isn't there anywhere near a consistent basis. She needs to play it a bit safer with her shot selection, a more positive attitude on court and I think she could improve her movement too. Potential is there to go quite a bit higher in the rankings, but she's got work to do if she wants to get there.
